Since opening in 1997, the Departure Lounge has welcomed millions of passengers. Nearly 30 years later, we’re helping to reimagine the space for today’s travellers enhancing comfort, accessibility and flow, while creating a stronger sense of Jersey from the very start of every journey.

Through our engagement with key stakeholders, one ambition came through clearly: the airport should showcase the very best of Jersey. As the gateway to such a beautiful and distinctive island, the experience should capture a true sense of place and give passengers an immediate connection to Jersey.

To bring this vision to life, we developed a detailed 3D CGI model, allowing stakeholders to experience the proposals in a compelling and immersive way, while giving the designs that all-important ‘wow’ factor.
